I specialise in developing simple, actionable strategies for impact-led organisations, informed by audience insight. Whether your issue is communications, brand, audience engagement, narrative framing, or behaviour change: I can help.
As a consultant, I’ve worked with over 60 non-profits and public sector organisations. I’ve also worked in-house, agency-side, and served as a charity trustee and chair.
I’ve authored best practice guides, and was contributing editor to the definitive guide to non-profit engagement strategy: Who Cares?
At its heart, my practice is about stories. The stories people tell about their lives, needs and expectations. How those stories are heard and understood by my clients. The stories they in turn craft and share to inspire more people to engage with their cause.
I don’t always fly solo: I’m Consultant Director at Eden Stanley and a senior associate at Claremont Communications. I team up with trusted freelancers from my network when it helps deliver better work.
